The first phase of the residential project Icône is currently under construction!
The completion of the 39-storey tower of 379 units is slated for early 2016.
Located in downtown Montreal at the corner of René-Lévesque Blvd and de la Montagne Street, Icône is adjacent to two other BLTA projects, Le Crystal de la Montage and E-Commerce Place.

The construction of the residential project Roccabella has begun. Designed by BLTA for MC Finance, the first phase comprising 40 storeys (280 units) is to be completed by 2015.
At the south-east corner of René-Lévesque Blvd and de la Montagne Street, Roccabella sits across from two other BLTA projects: E-Commerce Place and Le Crystal de la Montagne.
