Cité Nature boasts an exceptional location surrounded by an abundance of green spaces, including the Botanical Gardens, Parc Maisonneuve, Golf municipal de Montréal and Parc du Bois-des-Pères. Located behind the Olympic Village, Cité Nature’s eight buildings will house a total of roughly 1,400 homes. Classic and contemporary, the project’s architecture engages with the neighbouring Olympic pyramids through offset terraces and integrated linear horizontal stripes inspired by the pyramids’ long walkways.
The buildings are dynamically spread out to leave ample space for a lush variety of landscaping. Amenities will include indoor parking for all buildings, a sports center, an indoor pool, private ground-level terraces and shared rooftop terraces.
