L’Héritage de l’île Paton, a 12-storey residential complex of 200 units stands on the eastern tip of a small island on Des Prairies River. Île Paton is an attractive location in Laval for both its natural landscape and its easy access to freeways. The project focuses on the preservation and enhancement of the site’s natural surroundings.
A two-storey podium houses 400 parking spaces and a community centre offering a multitude of activities and services: meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a gym and racquet sports courts.
The podium also houses four two-storey townhouses whose expressive façades and gardens open onto the banks of the Des Prairies River. The building has been strategically positioned to enhance each unit so as to maximize views and sunlight.
