Located at the intersection of Saint-Laurent Boulevard and Notre-Dame Street in Old Montréal, the Maison Cuvillier-Ostell is an office building consisting of a restored historic building and a contemporary seven-storey building.

The building was named after Cuvillier, the owner of the heritage building, and Ostell, the architect who led the construction at the time.

This renovation project was done following a fire in January 1987, which heavily damaged the historic three-storey building. The building is now located adjacent to a seven-storey office building that imitates the appearance of a twentieth century commercial building by its height and modern facade. The project includes a commercial ground floor, three levels of underground parking and a roof terrace.
