Steps away from the Bell Centre on the west side of downtown Montréal, Roccabella is a luxurious residential complex of two 40-storey twin towers, linked by a commercial podium. Each tower houses approximately 280 units.
Roccabella proposes a multitude of services, such as an indoor pool with an adjacent terrace, a large landscaped terrace on the roof of the podium, a fitness room, a pilates and yoga studio, a multipurpose room, and a reception hall. The project also offers some 500 underground parking spaces and electric cars for its residents to rent.
Roccabella blends into the urban environment with its two-storey podium topped with an open structure canopy which aligns with the street volume of 1250 René-Lévesque W., the adjacent building on the east side. The desire to create a humble project that harmonizes with downtown’s urban profile is reflected in the simplicity of volume, the alignment of loggias, and the rhythm of the podium.
