Victoria sur le Parc is a 58-storey mixed-use project comprised of a high-rise apartment building with nearly 400 units and a 10-storey commercial podium. Known as the 700 St. Jacques, the podium will house retail establishments at ground level and common services for residents on the top floor, with the floors between serving as office space.
Sleek and modern, the glass high rise’s uniquely subtle interplay of angles will create a dynamic sense of space, with a striking V-shaped summit evocative of the project’s name.
The use of stone on its façades roots the podium in its Old Montréal setting. The building’s many windows and its terraces on almost every floor will encourage visitors to connect with their surroundings, and a direct entrance on the western side will open onto a large city park.
