A public work of art created by Montreal artist Ianick Raymond will be installed on the wall of Studio A of the new Maison de Radio-Canada. The work of art, titled Résonance des lieux, will be installed on the wall of Studio A, the largest studio of the new Maison de Radio-Canada, located along Alexandre-DeSève Street and adjacent to the Place Radio-Canada public space.
Chosen following a privately-run contest initiated by Broccolini on which BLTA actively participated, Raymond’s proposal won the jury over thanks to the quality of its artistic approach and its harmonious integration with the theme it is meant to celebrate – the neighbourhood’s history and community life.

L/Avenue won an award in the High-Rise Structures category during the first edition of the Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards hosted by the Quebec and Eastern Ontario chapter of the American Concrete institute.
The project will be representing the local chapter for the ACI Excellence Gala which will be held in North Carolina in October 2020.
The Quebec chapter of the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC-ICCA) annually recognizes Quebec teams for their outstanding achievements in steel construction.
The new Maison de Radio-Canada won the 2019 Steel Award for Excellence in Steel Construction in the Commercial Buildings category.
The Hôtel William Gray won an Excellence Award in the Heritage Preservation category at the 30th Prix d’excellence en Architecture presented by the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ). The winning projects were announced during a gala that took place on Friday, April 5th, 2019.

Broccolini started the construction of its mixed-use project, including and Victoria sur le Parc, a residential tower, and an office podium, Le 700 St-Jacques.
The project is scheduled to be completed in fall 2023.
