Drawn by Béique Legault Thuot architectes and IBI Group, the project will be located across from Tour de la Bourse and Victoria Square in Montreal’s Quartier International.

Located along the Lachine Canal in Griffintown, Charlotte Condos was officially launched to the public June 3rd. The sales office of the 243-units, 8-floor project offers a virtual helmet-free reality system to discover and interact with the project units and common areas. A first in North America!

On October 19th was held the press conference for the official launch of Tour des Canadiens 3 that will be built at the corner of Saint-Antoine and De la Montagne Streets. The construction of the 51-storey tower of 567 residential unit should start in 2018.
Tour des Canadiens 2, currently under construction, is on target for delivery in 2019.
The official inauguration of the new Maison de Radio-Canada took place on October 1st, during the Journées de la culture.

During the 2016 INOVA Real Estate Awards, the Urban Development Institute of Quebec (UDI) L/Avenue was awarded in the category Multi-residential – with construction costs over 50 million dollars.
