The official inauguration of Mansfield Condos took place on April 11th.
The official inauguration of La Tour Fides took place on June 17th.
Broccolini started the construction of its mixed-use project, including and Victoria sur le Parc, a residential tower, and an office podium, Le 700 St-Jacques.
The project is scheduled to be completed in fall 2023.
Broccolini Construction unveiled the details of the project Victoria sur le Parc. The highest residential tower ever built in Montreal will be 58 stories high and will reach 200 meters in the city skyline.
Drawn by Béique Legault Thuot architectes and IBI Group, the project will be located across from Tour de la Bourse and Victoria Square in Montreal’s Quartier International.

Located along the Lachine Canal in Griffintown, Charlotte Condos was officially launched to the public June 3rd. The sales office of the 243-units, 8-floor project offers a virtual helmet-free reality system to discover and interact with the project units and common areas. A first in North America!
Last October 19th, Hôtel William Gray won the 2017 INOVA Award from the Urbain Development Institute of Quebec (UDI) in the Commercial category – Construction costs of less than 50 million $.

On October 19th was held the press conference for the official launch of Tour des Canadiens 3 that will be built at the corner of Saint-Antoine and De la Montagne Streets. The construction of the 51-storey tower of 567 residential unit should start in 2018.
Tour des Canadiens 2, currently under construction, is on target for delivery in 2019.
