Impressive excavation on the site of the future residential project Victoria sur le parc ! Five basement levels are dug under the future 58-stories tower. The project also includes an underground tunnel to Place Victoria to connect Victoria sur le Parc to the underground network in Montreal.

The winning projects were announced during a gala that took place on Friday, April 5th, 2019.
