Here is the state of progress of our residential projects Icône, Roccabella and  L/Avenue.

A press conference held on September 17th officially launched the Tour des Canadiens 2 project. The 50-storey residential tower will be erected at the corner of St. Antoine and Jean-D'Estrée Streets, behind the Bell Center.

The first phase of the residential project Icône is currently under construction! The completion of the 39-storey tower of 379 units is slated for early 2016. The construction of the residential project Roccabella has begun. Designed by BLTA for MC Finance, the first phase comprising 40 storeys (280 units) is to be completed by 2015.
